About the Conference

The Photonics Day Denmark 2020 is an international conference with high tech participants from all over Europe that are focused on photonic sensors and embedded systems for applications in industry, biology, medicine, environment and daily life. Well-known experts from leading companies and research institutions will give methodical, scientifical, technical and social insights on their latest developments in photonic sensors and embedded systems. This conference with an international allure comprises scientific and technical presentations and an exclusive exhibition.

The Photonics Day Denmark 2020 is organized by the SpectroNet Cluster in collaboration with the companies Ibsen Photonics A/S, Foss A/S and Delta Optical Thin Film A/S.

Booking Possibilities

 

Conference Fees

  • 295 EUR plus VAT (Regular participant)

  • 195 EUR plus VAT (Members of the SpectroNet Collaboration Cluster)

  • 195 EUR plus VAT (Speakers @ the Conference)

  • Free for Students (Valid certificate of matriculation is required) / Press (Valid press card is required) and the Partners of the conference (Signed partnering agreement is required)


The participation fee for speakers @ the Photonics Day Denmark 2020 is flexible.


There is the possibility for speakers to get a discount/refund if you bring your customers, partners, suppliers or colleagues to the Photonics Day Denmark 2020.


  • For the registration of one customer, partner, supplier or colleague a speaker will get a discount/refund of 50% after the conference has taken place.

  • For the registration of two customers, partners, suppliers or colleagues a speaker will get a discount/refund of 75% after the conference has taken place.

Exhibition Stand

Take the chance and present your latest products and services to the collaboration conference audience. The exhibition will be held in the foyer of the Foss Innovation Center.  All exhibition tables have a size of approx. 120x80 cm and a seperate power supply. Please note that the booking of an exhibition stand does not include the participation fee of one or more persons at the conference. 

  • 345 EUR plus VAT (Regular participant) 

  • 195 EUR plus VAT (Members of the SpectroNet Collaboration Cluster)

  • Free for Partners of the conference

Cancellation

If you cancel your conference attendance - in writing only - till 24th February 2020, 50 EUR plus VAT will be withheld. After 24th February, 2020, a refund of the registration fee is no longer possible. Naming a replacement participant is always possible.
